Below is a list of commercial computational electromagnetics codes and their publishers. The list can serve as a starting

point for finding the best software package that suits your needs. The list is presented for informational purposes only,

and NablaWorks does not endorse or recommend any particular software package. The codes are grouped by company

The functionality of the software varies widely ranging from static and low-frequency applications to high-frequency and optics. Many programs serve specific vertical markets like motor and generator design, antenna design, IC design, signal integrity, optics. At the same time, a significant number of codes is rather general, and they can be applied to a wide

variety of problems. Several publishers also provide multiphysics capabilities (highlighted in yellow) ranging from just EM-thermal applications to coupling of EM fields with structural mechanics, fluid dynamics, acoustics and other types of
